Section 1 · Where we stand

The engine works.
It's aimed at the wrong people.

The content supply chain is live. Cycles are running, quality is holding, and the numbers that matter are climbing. One problem left standing, and it's the right one to have: we built a weapon before picking the target.

Section 1 · Proof

The machine, in four numbers.

0%
Shares up 23%

Nobody forwards content they're embarrassed by. The work travels.

AI
The AI question, closed

Every number that dipped has a format cause, not an AI cause. Tested, verified, retired.

Patterns found

We know who wins (the caregiver as hero), what wins (real friction over beauty shots), and how it wins (occasion plus carousel).

0 mo
Cadence held

Three months of published cycles. The supply chain is no longer a theory.

Section 1 · The problem

A billion dollar business nobody's ever heard of.

And the 12,000 people who have heard of us? Most of them already work here.

Our engaged base skews to Leamington males. That's not a consumer audience, it's a company town. Every post we publish introduces NFF to people who already have the staff parking pass. The engine is strong. It's pointed at the parking lot.

The Empowered Eater wants to eat better without thinking harder. She reads labels, notices quality, and rewards brands that make choosing easy. She's already in the produce aisle every week. She just doesn't know our name yet. No grower owns her attention. That vacancy is the whole opportunity.

Section 2 · While they sleep
This is the opportunity.

Nobody falls in love with a greenhouse. They fall in love with a brand. Ours.

On product, the category is at parity. On the grid, we and Sunset are nearly interchangeable: bright packaging, saturated colours, same vibe. The open territory isn't in the greenhouse or on the shelf. It's in her culture, her feed, her festivals, her tote bag. First one there takes it all. Second one there is a copycat.

Section 2 · Our approach

We proved the engine on one channel.
Now we open all of them.

Organic social is live, Instagram for now, and it is working: momentum is back, the audience is re-engaging, the base is re-energized. But one channel does not move a business this size. The next phase is an evolution, every available marketing channel, not just organic social. Offline and organic, connected, so reach compounds instead of adds. That is the context for everything that follows.

Section 3 · The plan

The plan is a loop.
Five surfaces, one system.

Zero guessing.

Each surface does one job, then hands to the next. Organic finds the message. Paid scales what wins. The real world earns what money can’t. The AI Shelf makes us the answer she asks for. Data reads it all and says where to point next, round and round, sharper each turn.

Section 3 · Organic

Organic tests the message.

Intentional posts built as live focus groups. Every post asks a question, and the answer tells us what to make next.

Organic · The row call

We put a question to the whole table. Is this even dinner?

Tomato dinner · via TikTok #tomatolover · and it’s ours

She calls a plate of tomatoes dinner and posts it like a flex. She is not wrong: the occasion she is already living is the exact plate we grow.

She sorts herself. We just set the table.
Girl dinner · via TikTok @alanalavv, @thatcheeseplate
Organic · The real occasion

The moment that matters isn’t on the calendar.
It’s the mental load she carries every day.

Thanksgiving, back-to-school, the first frost. Those land because the calendar says so. The tension she actually lives is quieter and constant: feed the family well, skip the guilt. We show up there first and own the moment long before the category ever does.

We don’t market the occasion. We answer the one she is already in.
02
Section 3 · Paid

Paid scales the winners.

Already in motion. Paid never guesses, it pours fuel only on what organic has already shown will burn.

Paid · Amplify the proven

The winning organic post
becomes the paid unit.

We buy reach for a message we already know lands. No spend against a guess: the feed picks the winner, we put money behind it.

Organic winner · we created this
Her, when it hits the feed
Proven first. Paid second.
Paid · Targeting & scale

Point the budget at her, not everyone.

The base we built skews male, that is who found us. She is who we grow. So the spend points at her, not the whole room.

That is who found us. She is who we buy.
03
Section 3 · The Real World

The Real World earns what money can’t.

She discovers us where she lives, carries us where she goes, and posts us without being asked. The plays money cannot buy.

Real World · She carries us

She does the marketing.
We just hand her the bag.

Three ways her everyday carry does the work for us, one scroll at a time.

01 · The festival bag

With VELD and Boots and Hearts, we have the potential to reach 250,000 of our Empowered Eaters. Security rules require clear bags, and a coupon for pizza inside (a Pizza Hut partnership). Our packaging already is a clear bag. We hand her the one thing she needs, filled with the one thing the festival doesn’t have: real food.

She carries us through the gates.
02 · The tote

Toronto Public Library went from stale to status because Gen Z decided the tote was cool. Trader Joe’s proved a grocery bag can be a flex. A produce brand with our packaging language can win this game.

The bag is the billboard she chooses to carry.
Tote · the everyday flex
Lil Chills · we make it
03 · Surprise and delight

The Lil Chills floaty we posted? We make it. Giveaways that our loyal 12,000 amplify to reach the audience they aren’t.

The employees become the megaphone, not the destination.
04 · The merch drop

She does not just carry the brand. She checks out with it.

The clear bag, the tote, the floaty, the towels: real product on a real store, printed on demand through Threadless. She shops the brand, and every piece she buys becomes a billboard she paid to carry.

Real World · Sponsorship

Already at IFPA. Now own the towel.

Already a sponsor

Nature Fresh Farms already sponsors IFPA. The move now is to own the towel service. Yes, it is a B2B show, but that is the point: the buyers, growers and retailers in that room decide what reaches her. And when the floor spills out to the pool, the towel is the one thing every one of them reaches for.

Two branded towels and the tote turn a logo on a banner into the thing in their hands all week.

Real World · She finds us

We stop waiting to be found.

01 · The little greenhouse that could

The mobile greenhouse already exists. We drive it down Yonge Street, park it where she shops, and let the strangest sight of her week introduce the brand. Built for buyers. Ready for her.

02 · Loud in store

Today, Nature Fresh is a footnote on our own package. Intel Inside solved this exact problem: make the ingredient the reason to buy. We build the brand presence at shelf so the woman who met us online finds us in the aisle.

03 · Carved-out collabs

Partners the product names hand us. Glow timed to a Glow Recipe launch via Sephora. Dramas built for the episodic content Instagram is favouring right now. Names nobody else can use, moments nobody else can claim.

04
Section 3 · The AI Shelf

The AI Shelf.
She asks, AI answers.

There is a new shelf she reaches for before ours: the answer an engine gives when she asks. We do not win it with our feed. We win it in the third-party ecosystem the models actually read, trade press, research, creators, retail. The first grower cited there owns the question.

The AI Shelf · The ecosystem

One dot is ours.
The rest is up for grabs.

Every bubble is a place AI looks when it answers a question about fresh produce, sized by how often it gets cited. Ours is the small green dot. Everything else is written by someone else, and most of it is earnable.

The AI Shelf · Named vs discovery

Named is a landslide. Discovery is a blank.

Name us in the question and we show up about 290 times per query. Ask an open discovery question and it falls to about 68. Ask who is best and we are barely there, while the answer lists vertical-farm names we are not on. We own our name. We do not own the category. That gap is the grab.

Data reads the response.

We don’t post and hope.
We run a weekly cycle.

Four bets a month, one a week. Every test moves through the same rhythm: prep the idea, launch it midweek, let it run, read the signal, then call a verdict by Sunday. Here is August, end to end.

Small bets. Fast reads. No faith required.

Section 4 · The role of AI

The engine does not just make the posts. It runs the grab.

Back in Proof First we closed the AI question. Here is the fuller answer: AI is not one spoke in the wheel. It is the axle. Five jobs, one system.

01 · Produce
Makes the work.

The supply chain runs the annual volume on cadence, volume without the chaos.

02 · Read
Reads the response.

Every cycle, it sorts who answered (her, or the parking lot) and names the next move.

03 · Score
Keeps the board live.

The weekly verdict is AI-kept and current, not a slide someone rebuilds by hand.

04 · Recruit
Finds the allies.

Surfaces the creators, dietitians and partners worth handing the flag, vetted, not guessed.

05 · Answer
Gets us found.

podium iq reads what the models say about us and where they source it, then points us at the third-party channels AI actually reads. Not the feed, the ecosystem.

Section 5 · Say go

The land is open.
It won't be next year.

August's calendar is ready, tests included. The scoreboard switches on with it. The first real-world play gets scoped for fall. Month one delivers the first measurable read on who's engaging, and every month after that compares clean. One word starts the clock. It's the button below.

Let's make fresh the famous choice.
